2017 Suzuki df200 power loss

Went out fishing yesterday and was cruising around 4500rpm when motor lost all power and returned to idle while still in drive and throttle didn’t change position. No alarms and no noticeable engine noise or vibration.

Went back into neutral and then got back up on plane no problem, trolled for a couple hours around 1000 rpm no problem. On the way home it did it again. Engine never shut off but returned to idle.

Never had a problem with motor before. It only has 200 hours and fuel is fresh last weekend.

Anyone have any insight into my problem.

Do you have a raycor fuel filter? When was it last changed. What about the engine fuel filter? Sounds a little similar to my issue a couple years ago. Honda internal engine fuel filter needed to be changed and raycor was due as well.

Had exactly same issues on a 2006 df 200, it was the tiny low pressure fuel filter had a clogged screen.

Also installed a new high pressure fuel filter. Infact I think I replaced all 3

Thanks, I start by changing all the filters. It has raycor water separator.
