Well had it out a few times now. Finally got the transducer installed and the simrad MFD working.
Tried to loose a few prawn traps in cow bay and cruised down to gold stream. Boat tops out at 55km/h flat out and trimmed up. Honda motor runs strong. has a decent hole shot.
Cannot wait for some fisheries to open and start landing some keepers. Not worth targeting flounders in case of ling bycatch.
I also need to relearn how to fish. last thing I landed was a coho out of Nitnat in October of 2022 while casting from the shore.
