Are you sure those are 12s? We get them like that down here in Seattle as 15s. They look like the same exact ones. Not really round but a little narrower and taller with a thicker fin. These are now $34.50 each down here, from the last I heard. They really don't blow back any farther than my 12 pound finned ones that I make myself. They are great balls. Maybe they are passing ours off as 15s and they might be 12.5s.
