Spent an hour at Coal but not a sniff. Headed south along East Side of James, followed the beach past the powder wharf, was about to call it a day when both pins popped. Fish on rod one was gone, played and lost fish number two. Lost a couple more, including a probable good one. Frustrating! Did...- eroyd

Happy New Year all 🎉 I went out yesterday around Coal. Got into 3 undersized (~42cm) winters. Missed one other bite that could’ve been close. Right on bottom with AP sandlance spoon & highliner glo red stripe flasher had the most action. Anyone found anything bigger around yet? Wain? Powder wharf?- smwbiggsy
