My back,legs and knees still hurt from early this week out there from getting shakered at Secretary. It's like almost always 25-30 at at the Race this year in the mornings too. Makes me feel for the Uci guy's running to Bigbank each day, except they come back tubbed out[].

Wind and seals. Haven't seen many posts regarding many seal problems this year. The fish is not quite in yet I guess. Few and far in between.
