I will be fishing it for the first time.
I am about to ask a stupid question to which I suspect I know the answer. I understand that the northern boundary is Sheringham Point. I assumed that this meant that you could not go past the Lighthouse. I was talking to someone (who shall remain nameless), who advised that you can fish around the point a little past the lighthouse and then turn around.
So am I correct, - don’t go past the lighthouse?

the strong ebb tide will push you west of the point quite quickly,especially if your playing a fish.they do allow some leeway.

We will be camping at Pedder Bay Friday night/ Saturday night.
17ft bigfoot trailer. Drop by and say hello.
Make sure you get in on the side bet. Last year first place winner was not in and missed out on over $12,000.
Some good tides next weekend and 1 over/ 1 under rule in effect should make for some good fishing and some tough decision making as to what goes in the box.
