I was looking for 1/2”. I think a 12”x 54”piece (the sheets are 4 1/2 x 8), was $80-$90? I went to the Richmond location. A full sheet from Sabic was $320. I had a lot of projects and have enough to make a big cutting board, for bigger fish.

Most cutting board material isn't UV stabilised and will yellow over time. I do use it where this doesn't matter. Black seems to be ok over time.

King Starboard is what I would use. I used to buy it by the sheet, and it's UV stable.
