Where do we find September regs?

I am just trying to see what the regs are starting tomorrow but the website and app are just showing until Aug 31. Areas 18-19 for me. Have they not posted September regs yet?

The notice already came out (or should have if it is similar to my areas), but the app will update sometime past midnight tonight.
