When is area 28-6 to 28-9 going to reopen?

As the title says. It's been an awful long time since the oil spill, and this was only a precautionary measure to begin with. Is it opened and http://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/rec/tidal-maree/a-s28-eng.html just hasn't been updated yet?

I'm sure testing will wrap up and it will be reopened.... Oh say around the day before commercial season opens....
