What's Up With The Time Indicated In a Post?

I just made a post....it is 7:56 p.m.

In the post it says "posted at 3:57 a.m."

Every post the time is haywire.......is this site back east somewhere?

Looks like it might be your settings....

yup...settings in top right corner, general settings on left, then date and time options...good to go!
