Got an opportunity to head out to Barclay Sound early march, the week after the Loggers Derby for winter springs. 30 yrs fishin springs but not for winters. Can some of you winter fishermen share Depth's? Which lures? Lures or Bait? or any other tips you would kindly share. Thanks so much.

Check back after the derby, and I'm sure there will be lots of current info posted.

Unfortuately we leave on the 6th till the 10th for the trip so won't be able to get any info that way, would still appreciate anyone sharing! Thanks

Not alot different from summer Chinook fishing gear just on the bottom sandy flats 120-160 ft. We wacked them all over south side of Effingham and swail years ago tight to the bottom wit hspoons behind flashers.

Thanks for sharing some advise, it is most appreciated.

Still in the sun whacking a few Yellow fin tuna and Dorado, Felix. Back in Bam the middle of next week.
Tyeegalore, Shoot me an email or pm a day before you head out and I'll give you my most recent info.
