What year is this inline 6 Mercury Outboard?

I have a 1975 115hp with a leaking lower unit, but moter runs great. this guy has 135hp newer model
that he said runs good for its age but he dosen't know what year it is. He just wants someone to haul it away,
I'm wondering if I can swap lower units?

dont know if the lower units swap over but that looks to be a mid 70's build to me or late 60's

Mine is a 1975 with the blue trim.

I believe red bands were 68-71 I don’t know if the lower units would be interchangeable, I know the blocks were different on the first two years or so of the red bands.
