glad a whale chaser constant polluter is gone tho.. i hope they go out of business.

According to a more detailed article, the was not an actual fire but something in the engine room caused a lot of smoke. They sent out the distress call as a precaution to evacuate the boat just in case the problem grew out of hand. But glad everyone is safe.
