Hurrah ! But i'm not so sure we can afford it with our limited tax base, even sharing it with Ucluelet. Can 4,000 people afford an expensive facility like this?

Yeah, it's great to have but who's gonna pay for it?
Our taxes are too darned high already and now they are gonna go up another $125 a year for now and when all the cost come in it will be another BC Ferries deal.
