I have a Yamaha 2.5 hp short shaft in almost showroom condition. Hardly a mark on it. Even propeller is virtually scratch free. It was sitting for a few years. I put in fresh gas today and it started second pull! Telltale is working however looks like it could use a new impeller.

Will sell as is for $700 or more if I do the impeller and tuneup. Will list on other sites soon. I made a short video if you or anyone else is interested
