Vinyl liner repair

I need to repair my vinyl liner in the cuddy, it needs to be glued back in some spots.

My question is there are a lot of spray glues for vinyl, does it matter which one you use or are they all the same.

Second question is how long do they usually set up? Do you have set something up to hold the vinyl in place, or once you hold and it stays are you good?

The glue works like contact cement, I believe.
