Just read a more current story with some details and he did start it up and drive it. To bad he stole it in the states as he will be charged and spend some time in jail. If he stole it up here would have been charged the passenger rate and let go! Lol

that's hilarious I didn't realize that he had gotten the engines started. the helicopter footage just showed the vessel drifting, interesting, have to read the update this AM.
