Looking for a recommended home building inspector in the Victoria area. Thanks in advance. PM if necessary.

Bump.... Someone must have someone!

Just make sure the inspector does not have a clause in his contract that leaves him free of liability for any mistakes he makes, he should be accountable. If he supplies a list of trades to do repairs for his findings boot his butt out the door. It amazes me that someone who takes a very short course on home construction has the ability to give "expert opinion" on all the facets of the house as well as offer repair pricing.

If i were you I'd hire individual tradesmen to inspect what they're an expert at. PM for my building inspector horror story if you'd like.
