I am considering selling a 250 suzuki (2023) with 130 hours. Warranty till 2028. Would come with everything suzuki that's associated with the motor (gauges, side mount fly by wire controls, 16x18.5 3 blade stainless prop).

I run mercs in my fleet and would like to keep everything the same if the bath on the swap to a 250 seapro is tolerable. I don't have a local zuk dealer either.

What's the package worth? It was bought at breakers for $33450 taxes included for the outboard. Add about $6000 in gauges/ controls and rigging (also bought and installed in 2023 by breakers). 40k prior to instal at the time.
Whats it worth with 130 hours and a half a warranty left? I don't see any comparables on marketplace or craigslist... couple mid hour 250-300hp motors off warranty but that's it.

Will you be charging taxes on it? What location? Prop included I assume? Digital or mechanical? I have a new dual mechanical throttle if someone iwants to buy yours and add a kicker.

Pretty comparable to demo 2024 I bought, but a 150 zuki package. I paid close to the discounted repower incentive price but got all the goodies for install. I’d try listing at 29k. 25% savings on a repower is significant. In reality with what is being offered new you might not sell it until you hit sub 25k. You just need one buyer who doesn’t want to or can’t pay full freight. The yami below could be a comparable.

Hey Kael,

Thanks for the feedback. Kinda where I figured. 30% off a new package for 130 hours and couple years less warranty.

As noted in the add, its fly by wire and comes with a stainless prop.

Might bake it all in or charge the tax extra. Doesn't really matter on my end. It's the overal cost to the buyer that matters. I'll eat 12 grand to swap the power. Don't really want to spend 15k or more on the swap as it's hardly any hours on the Zuk and still has lots of warranty.
