I found mine by searching craiglist/usedwherever/kijiji over and over for a couple months. Ended up getting a great deal on used one in Friday Harbour. It's very easy to bring rowboat across border, trailer is more difficult.
If I had that boat, l'd be looking over my shoulder, to see where I was going, and who was coming (no names here) too often, and not concentrating on the lure action. Yeah, some of those row boats cost more then my car.
will this get me a self guided tyee at the pools or dose boat have to be aproved to qualify? i've watched these guys from local fish [video]https://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CCEQtwIwAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DO9j EwXrMjFU&ei=fkU8Vb2nPJKsogTJ8ICoDw&usg=AFQjCNE2h7-U64GjfxGQOUJxiMFNbSEGKQ&sig2=YJADJ-N3CaHbV-Htdz_Rzg and we/I too yet register tyee this year .hmmm a perkin with a 203
