With Canada and US unable to come to some type of arrangement over Tuna, that means commies will not be able to fish in US waters. Will that ruin it for Canadian recreational fishermen? It will certainly mean a concentration of commie fleet in our waters. Comments.

Shouldn't change much for rec fishers I don't think, its a damn big ocean....I guess maybe... Canadian commies have taken a pretty big hit though, they have to go outside of 200 or just wait for the tuna to make it into our waters. Must shrink their season big time.
