Transport of Salmon

Need advise. Have to transport/prepare two fillets of frozen salmon,1 week old from Sooke to Kelowna.Looking for efficient method to do so.

Go get some dry ice from Iceco, say 2 pounds , adjacent to S&G Power. You can also get coolers there. Set the block of ice on top, not directly on the fish but wrapped in some newspaper. Take it to the bus depot on Glanford and it will arrive in Kelowna the next day colder then the freezer its in now.

Don't know ! But sent fish off with out and with and with new paper is frozen hard .Halafax ,Fort st John Calgray down to the sates.
I think it make a good insulator {may be}
