Transom wheels

I was trying to help a friend by inflating his tires on his tinny transom wheels.Yea,I blew it up good!Does anyone have,or know where I can find,a rim for a Happy's wheel-a-weigh transom wheel?Size is 480/4.00 - 8 and the rim is plastic.

Happy's is made by Davis Instruments. Here is info on their site - unfortunately it does not list parts. Probably not available from them.
