The two falsehoods. PSF gives every hatchery/enhancement group funding and the government gives out money to each project. Both are false. Many on island and mainland are funded primarily by us the recreational sector, and other private donations.

You just wait for the shortfall after this year with these restrictions. It is going to get very very ugly.

So many fundraisers have cancelled/ folded. It is sickening to be honest.
