Tofino/Clayoquot Sound

Hey just wondering if anyone would like to share some spots in Clayoquot Sound area for lingcod, salmon, rockfish? It was pretty rough outside of the Ukee harbour yesterday so I was hoping to find somewhere more protected to take the family fishing.

No bottom fishing worth doing inshore unfortunately. It's great offshore though. Depending on the time of year Salmon are available but there's a Chinook closure August 1 thru the fall to protect local runs

Lots of places to hide in Barkley Sound and literally hectares of reef habitat .... just stay out of the RCA areas. If you're boat is too small to leave Ukee harbor to fish Barkley, you're likely better waiting for better weather/seas.
