Swiftsure Fishing

We will be coming up to fish the swiftsure bank in a couple of weeks. have the been catching any salmon on the banks..along with the halibut..... silvers? springs??
any info would be appreciated!!

Salmon are hit and miss. Find birds/bait, you'll find Coho. Springs are so so. Be ready to burn some gas to find bait, hali are not problem.

Thanks... we will be there the first week of Aug..anyone now what the price of fuel is in the Neah Bay marina... thanks for the info on the fishing maybe the salmon fishing will be better by the time we get there... it was really good last year but we didn't go until the 3rd week of august..

We were out there a couple of weeks ago and filled up in Sequim (cheaper than PA)on the way out, really only saving a couple of bucks, but feel better about it anyway. Caught our limit of CDN halibut.

Last few days have been very hard for salmon everywhere, Thurs/Friday was OK, Sat/Sun has been hard. I didn't see any rising on the bank, what salmon we got, we got along the shoreline.
