Suzuki 9.9 outboard throttle lock issues

Hi,
I have a 2023 9.9 Suzuki outboard engine.
Engine is great! A problem has arisen this summer with trying to maintain a steady trolling rpm.
It gradually loosens off and you are now at a very low rpm.
Tried this solution:

Worked for about an hour then loosened off again.

Looking for any of your solutions!

I have the same issue with mine. That’s my only knock against this motor and it’s a big one. I added a rubber shim under the plate. Kinda works.
