have to spend some time around squamish this summer, looking for some help for salmon fishing around there, not looking for anyones honey hole, just some guidelines

off of portoue cove has always been productive for me, picked up a #32 up there 2 years back , always seems to be some fish around.

DFO raises net pen chinooks and pinks at Porteau Cove. There is an area that's closed to fishing because it's a marine park. Use your GPS and troll the boundary line. The fish seem to return to the closed area and you are looking for one to poke it's head out and bite
