Spinning Rod and Reel for Sale or Trade

I have a 9'0' 2 piece Fenwick HMX spinning rod matched with a Quantum catalyst Pti 40 spinning reel. I am up to offers I think are reasonable, or I am looking to trade for a nice baitcasting rod, or rod and reel.

I dont really want to give it away. It was quite expensive when i bought it. I believe I paid $330 new in total. The rod has a 5 year warranty and ive had it for one year so there is still 4 years of warranty left. I just didnt like baitcasting reels when I first bought this but now I love baitcasters so I am looking to sell this one. Make me an offer and ill tell you what I think.
