Sooke River

[Steelhead S2]

Taking a novice fly fisher out later in the week, and wondering how the chumery is this year. Last time I fished the Sooke was two years ago, and did rather well. The only spot I know is by that new subdivision, after the turn at the lighthouse. Is that still a good bet? Thanks guys.
