My rod is the Titan Trophy xl 3106 10'6 power 3.. going to be my main motor mooching rod.

Is that the new blue colour QR reel on yours? Looks awesome.

Just a quick note on the Rod, Just saw it go on sale at Berry's Bait for $209.00. Even if you can'y get to richmond, you could ask your local store to price match? (Assuming you were thinking of getting one)

Ya, it's the qr. I wanted an islander like everyone else but just couldn't justify the extra money when I got the qr for a good deal. I still need a second rod and reel setup in the next year, so I'll see how I like this one. I need to find a kicker before I get anymore rods.

Does anyone know anything about the colour of my reel? I had never seen it before yeaterday. Someone said it was a limited edition//color? (not at the store, I didn't ask). Just curious.

I actually tried to get pink backing for my brother-in-law's reel as a joke. Couldn't find it anywhere? Any tackle stores on Davie street? (not that there is anything wrong with that....Sienfeld)
