New floor as in that new custom cut flooring non-skid stuff, or did you have to redo the fiberglass floor because of tank issue? Pretty sure that year of ProLine has composite stringers etc.

The floor had soft spots around the tank access hatches. I did a full floor replacement. It was balsacore and is now plywood with epoxy resin and 3 layers of mat with interdeck coating on top.
 
How has this not sold yet?! Perfect size, clean hull and ideally powered
