I've said this before a few times, keep it on the boat if you want best sale price. Successful sea trial will fetch top dollar. Motor on a transom or stand available for run on ear muffs or in a tub is a level down.

Taking it off the transom and putting it on a pallet means a prospective buyer *might* be able to do a compression test, but that would require some preparation and ingenuity on their part. Once it's on that pallet it becomes a risky purchase and probably reduces price by 20-25%.
