Soft plastics work when nothing else will

The fishing has been tough for me lately but the one thing that still seems to catch fish is softbaits, curly tails in particular

Large plastic "grubs" are a go to bait worldwide. I have used in many country's to catch snapper, grouper and various bottom fish. Last fall a 25 lb laker on an 8" glow power bait, jigged on muddy bottom 80 ft deep. Even a 350 lb pelagic white tip shark took a liking to a bloody nose grub dressed with salmon belly. When using near bottom one rule, no hooks on bottom of jig save $$$$$$.

Stormtrooper every lure you post looks awesome=edible for sure.

You don't really see plastic baits that large here... although I have seem some similar recently, I have a feeling they are going to become more common

When your offspring out fishes or hunts you its a definite sign YOU taught them well and have the right attitude. (Giving them the chance and opportunity). Good Job.
