Ok, so I think I have determined that sockeye is now open for the area I live. I was hoping to try and find a spot to fish from shore between colony farm and the mouth of the pitt river or even up the pitt river a bit. I have been pouring over forums and the regs over the last while and afaik a single barbless hook. as far as I know a bottom bouncing setup is most common from shore.
I found this article here and it seems logical enough

I guess my question is would I be in a decent area near colony farm? If anyone has any specific advise, tips, or if I am mistaken on information I am all ears... or eyes I guess.
