sockeye floating dead

has anyone else noticed the sockeye floating in the canal i seen three today, and i was all the way out at china creek. i think there isn't enough oxygen in the water, because of the water temp, has anyone else seen any floating??? this could turn really bad[xx(]

i dont think it is related to no oxygen levels... but ya never know. could be fish released by fisherman and they didnt do so well after being shaken off?
