Sockeye fishing from North Vancouver

I'm finally bringing the boat down to fish Wed pm, Thursday and Friday. I'm aware of boat launches at Horseshoe Bay, Ambleside, Vanier Park, McDonald Beach and Steveston. And I think there is one at a boatyard in N. Van.

Any other choices? What would you do? I know the roadways and don't mind driving. Thanks.

Vanier and Ambleside are very difficult during low tides, if not impossible to launch on the lows
Steveston is convenient for Sandheads, but not that many parking spaces
