So ya lost your boat seat????

I picked up a really nice folding boat seat, foam and vinyl, floating in the middle of Johnstone Straits just north of Deep Water Bay. It has a plywood base. There is logo on the back. Identify colour and make, and its yours. Looked for the rest of a boat-- but nothing else was visable.
