Sickle hooks

Got the bug to do some leader tying. Using the excuse as hand therapy after I broke my hand last month and all seems to be working now.
I am tying hoochie leaders.
Any preferance towards sickle hooks. Lots seem to be using them now.
Also, any tricks to tying a two hook leader?
I can tie singles in my sleep, but have trouble getting the two hook one looking nice with the hooks facing opposite???

I've tried various hootchy setups but my current favourite is
2 - 3.0 gamakatsu octopus tied in tandem.
I tried the Matsuo sickle hooks last year and wasn't impressed.
they dulled easily and it was tough to get a sticky point on them.
