Shoplifting

We went to the opening of the new Target store in downtown Waikiki. We needed to pick up laundry soap and my wife uses Persil but they didn't have it. At Target the laundry soaps were under lock and key, along with lots of other items in the stores. We went to Safeway and saw this label on the Persil bottle.
A staff member at Safeway said they have an issue with people shoplifting laundry soaps and meats.

All the stores have security at the doors and walking the store. The cost of security is probably being recovered by price increases.

I sure hope they don't lock up the meats next.

What about the beach scenery? We are in full winter mode here, with the heater on the boat almost non-stop.

I think people open 2 bottles, fill the one bottle up, then put the other way back. Kinda like a bag of chips, comes filled with air. Shrink-flatiron fellas.
