Seeking fishing buddy for son

Hi - I'm a mother of a 16 yr old boy who loves to fish. We live in Victoria and I'm hoping there's someone local who would be interested in showing him the ropes of salt water fishing. He is somewhat shy but passionate about the sport of fishing and ready to move from lake fishing to ocean. He's physically capable and a very strong swimmer with life guarding skills.

If I were in Vic, I would be happy to take the lad. However, I am not- I'm in Nanaimo. But, since the man is wanting to go, he needs gear. Please pm your address and I will send him some genuine Pirates Den Fishing gear. I will also speak with a number of friends that are in the industry as well and between us all, I am sure we can hook your son up with everything he needs.

Also, if y'all happen to be up this way, I have a kayak he can use and we can go yak fishing in the salt or if he is up to it, we can use the jetski.
