Scotty electrics

Just bought an old boat that came with a couple Scotty electrics (30" boom). They are old (red brake handle), but didn't get used much and are in good shape. No swivel mounts or rod holders.

They are flip up mounts are they not? Two belts? YES ...if so them are great riggers.

They're Scotty 1101's. Exactly like my newer ones, just some red instead of black. They are in very good condition.
