Sad Day For Me

Looks like I wont be fishing for a while... =(
I dont have a trailer for my boat, but I know people with trailers (Thanks Bob), and a buddy with access to cranes(Thanks Drew). Heres a couple pics I thought were cool

Yup, There is always next year, Its still a bummer when shes out.
Im doing the bottom paint, zincs, leg up keep, put in fuel guages, fix trim tabs, exc... Lots or work. =(
Im expecting better fuel ecomony, and higher speeds after its all done. There was a huge amount of mussels, and barnacles. Trim tabs were stuck all the way down. Not having guages in the tanks, I was keeping them topped up. 600 litters of fuel, and 300 littres of water. With gauges I can confortable fun them at 1/2, and save on alot of weight. Ill add metholhydrate occasionally, And im running a fuel seperating filter. It should do more than 15 knots now, with its 454!

That is kind of cool to see how they get them up on blocks. The up side is, just think about all the money that you are saving by not mooring or all the gas you'll save by not fishing until next summer. Mason

The way you put sad day was thinking it fell of the truck or worse, seeing it up on blocks isnt a bad thingnow you got some fun time to work on her its not like your missing hot fishing!!!!!
Where is that marina you took it out from????have fun now you will get to know your boat inside and out LOL

Should be a fun winter, tinkering away at it. At the going rate of 1 beer per hour, labour's cheap, you can even bring in a supervisor or two.
