Rotten transom or failed pod job either way this would suck. Those with older boats keep an eye on them and those getting Pods done better make sure they are done right.

My transom is a bit wet let it dry out for 5 weeks resealed everything. Still solid the fiberglass is like 5/8" thick. Just reseal every two years is my procedure.
