Rodgers Fishing Lodge

Was wondering about my timing for fishing out of Rodgers this year. Three of us are heading up there on July 19 to the 23rd and are curious if it's a good time of the year to hit the full spectrum and have a good chance of success. Any and all comments are appreciated, as it's our first time in the area.

Some nice fish in your video Richmake. thanks. Anyone that has any other info on Rodgers fishing lodge, I would greatly appreciate it, as we have not been there and don't know what to expect. thanks!!! Dennis

wow i certanly hope more people than this have stayed at or fished out of the Rodgers lodge before. By no means has any one had anything bad to say yet, but i'm definitely hoping for some people that have stayed there to share their experiences and maybe some pics! Thanks all

I haven't stayed at Rodger's but know many parties who have.Heard lots of good things about the operation but being a creature of habit,we stay at Newton Cove Lodge.I'm not sure we're going to have to go offshore after July 15th for a chinook over 77cm.,regs have not been announced yet....stay tuned!!!! The Doc.

Charlie, don't be so quick. DFO is looking at modifying the regs for this season if the in-season returns are better than forecast. They will be looking at an over/under slot limit (1 over 77cm; 1 under) if there are enough fish. It will be an area by area decision, so Nootka could be different, but time will tell. Keep your fingers crossed.
