Does anyone have any history on the ROCKER trolling spoons? They are definitely vintage lures and were made at some point in BC, both on the Island and Mainland. Just trying to find some origin history, maybe the inventor or company that produced it. Also any Patent details, which would be now long expired.
I haven't found any details in my reference books, so reaching out to some of the vintage tackle gurus that may still be lurking around here and there.
Thanks in advance for any details or good stories etc.
Ps. Also searching for any Details regarding a BC fishing lure company called Allied Fishing Tackle which was manufactured by Allied Metalcraft Ltd. in Vancouver, British Columbia. The only publication I have is a catalog and a price list dated 1953.
I am searching for any and all history surrounding this one.
Thanks.
