Go see the boys at Trotac and take the unit in as I know they have been in talks with a new person revamping it and they know more of what is going on ask for Paul or Trev.
It was very hard to find one, but I ended up tracking the guy dowm in Duncan, I got a new wheel from him, his last name is Ketch and he works at Jackson Grills above South Island Fireplace. If you can't find him letb me know and I can help you track it down.
I've got a Robinson too. Great little units.
Anyways.... I read on this or another forum a while back where one guy used a hockey puck as a wheel. (Turned it down to size on a lathe, drilled a hole, and viola!)
Sounds good in theory.
I tried a hockey puck, suspension rubbers but both were a bit to soft, I did find a material that works real good, I don't know what it is though, I found it in a scrap bin.
