river salmon fishing setups?

hey could someone help me out on what to buy for river fishing for salmon, i have the rod and reel just i need help for tackle and terminal stuff . much help thank you

Big foamy floats.
A few different sizes of split shots.
1 roll of pencil lead.
A few packages of #3 hooks
A few packages of swivels
30 yards of 12lb leader line (assuming your main is 15)
Yarn, lots and lots of yarn

If you don't already know how, learn to tie a an eggloop knot.

If you fully encase your lead in rubber tubing and use a sliding rig you'll be able to use the same chunk for months it'll just bounce off rocks not stick at all.

go for it kid....they love big iron and spinners...they strike as they are perturbed and not necessarily feeding per say...
float wool and rubber and throw spinners and spoons...good luck

haha alright , i picked up some bright green leech looking flys with a weighted nose and that seemed to work. i just need a hevier duty rod mines on a 6 wt
