Anybody got an used the retort pouches ? What size did you use ? What are the settings that you used on the chamber vac machine ? Where did you get them from ? Anybody want to part with some, so that I can try them out ? Thanks
They are a foil pouch that goes thru a chamber sealer then a canner. It's just like canning. You know those foil packages of non refrigerated smoked salmon you see at the airport and Costco those are retort canned
