Reel Help

Hello, I just bought a Zebco Genesis spinning combo and I want to ask something about the reel. On my old real i could only spin it one way, to reel in line, with this one it wont let you stop it. The handle can move both ways. Is this a problem?

try flicking the free spool nob lol
